I have seen, heard, and experienced everything in that video... And i couldn't agree with it more...

You nailed everything that is wrong with public restrooms, except that you forgot that public stalls seem to always turn people into racists, as there always seems to be some guy who hates some ethnic group and just has to express his hate with a sharpie on the bathroom wall. Or gangs that think they're bad bcause they tagged a toilet paper dispenser.
Part of the solution?
Well let's say I've experienced just about all the things mentioned here and I'm happy to say that I'm not part of the problem.
Most horrible:
Urinals w/o walls. I'm a privacy freak.
People who talk to me while I'm using the restroom. The restroom is not a social place for men, even if it is for women.
Pushbutton sinks or automatic sinks/toilets/urinals. Bad engineering at its finest.
