Nothing much to criticise about except perhaps crude drawings but that is what flash is about... Perhaps I could flag up the fact that it really is just you ranting for 5 minutes about toilets, seriously, its not that big a deal... If it bothers you that much go do something constructive about it like take it to your mayor or whatever. Likely it was just meant ot be a joke and if that is the case then there are no real problems with it.
Probably the peak of your work and it is deserving of that title. A very well done
