Although if the stall door handle is off set usually you just need to adjust it a little up or down, and the push button sink I just push the button with my other hand (or arm since the hand is slippery with soap) and wash the other hand, repeat, most bathrooms i've gone in have paper towels and I haven't seen any Turbo hand dryers, and if I did I would probably use my shirt because I don't want my hands ripped and still wet! lol
