Great job! It was longer than most cartoons I've seen so I had something to do for a while. I liked how everything was banned so the world was happy. Happiness is good. It was very random too. It started off with a boy going on fire and ended in a boring crime free world. I like randomness, so great job!

It didn't make me laugh out loud, but I did smile quite a bit, and it gave me a good bit to think about. Banning stuff does squat. If you're screwed up enough to be that easily influenced, then maybe a butterfly looking at you wrong could set you off. I liked it.
