I didn't quite know what to make of this one, but that didn't stop me admiring it =]
I think it possibly has some elements from the real word, in that children to sometimes have fun things that get ruined by someone else getting hurt by them, although this makes almost a joke and over exageration out of this by making the thing an offensive weapon in the first place
