hahahahaha, another great piece of work! due to your response to my review of number 3 i will give my reasons this time ;).
graphics - they seemed a little rushed, like you made it quite quickly, spend more time working out some of the trickier parts n itll look alot better!
sound - great, good voice acting (like when he falls off the clif hahahhaha).
humour - perfect 10 - the amazing random humour i expect from this great series.
however josh really doesnt seem that evil still, all he did was shoot a chick with a lazer gun, he needs an evil laugh man!!!! also billy didnt really do much in this episode, not much of the true humour seems to come from him, keep up the good work though, hope to see episode 5 sometime in the near future! thanks!

Thanks for the details. You're right about the rushed art; I only have a mouse to draw with, and it suuuuuucks. I've saved enough for a tablet, I think, so I'm going to try and get one to see if that helps me make things look a little better without sacrificing too, too much more time.

Evil Josh did have a laugh in the first episode before I cut it. He was going to go something like "Take that, Australia! BWAHAHAHA!" but I figured the action spoke for itself. Hopefully, Evil Josh will get to practice more evil in the next one.

I really like your cartoons, but this one's definetely the weakest one of the lot. Seriously, I've seen you do better

Still, even a bad Evil Josh & Billy toon is better than half the crap on this site.

Levels of hillarity not often seen are seen here in this flash animation.

The graphics and sound are decent, to put it rather bluntly. However, the real power here is the humor, it has some degree of content but at the same time a level of randomness that just jives well together. The facial animations are done realy well.

Backgrounds/character models and sound could use a small ammount of work, to get thechnical. However, please dont let the small suggestions of the newgrounds users delay the release of the next episode.

S'prime stuff.
I'll be waiting on the next one.

Hooray! Finally, the next episode! That was hilarious. You should seriously work on the sound quality, though. There was a lot of...echo, or backround noise, or something.
