I love that he adopted Mickey Knox's glasses (Natural Born Killers) for this film.
The clown works for the auditor(the mastermind of the series). His job is to stop hank and to spread the randomness the causes madness. He alters reality. Jebus also works for the Auditor but he quickly decides that he just wants to end all the madness so he sets out to kill Hank who is fueling the madness, the auditor, and the clown.
