It would probably be a nice show...its that type of quality of idea. Nice thought out characters as well as having a nice plot and overall complete overall apeal. Only thing I would say is...you'd have to angle it toward something more directly. Like if it was adult swim you'd need to make it so, or if it was more geared toward a kids show than suggestion to be made is like more action or humour. But I'm sure you've thought of that.
It could be a really good show so long as you play it right. As it is alone without seeing any more I'd say it wouldn't work only because if you compated it to like other shows its too much of hte same thing. Get me? hmm...but you are defiantely on to something here!
