Not bad...Not bad at all, you've obviously spent a lot of time on this, not just creating the actual animation but planning before-hand. Graphics are nice and the character animation itself is A-class, Sound is high quality and the song is great for the video, plus it's not a wordy tune that distracts concentration from the bikers. Overall a good acheivement, it's better than most subtitles for cartoons these days, you should make a series. :p
btw, you've obviously watched Akira from the way the bikes move ;)
