WOW!!
All i can say is WOW!! This is so awsome and proves that something doesnt have to be violent to be funny. I liked when the cat was gettin chased by all the random animals. LOL

I must say, "There She Is!! Step 2 is a very fine piece of flash animation. The music was very suited to the plot. I can see where you really needed to translate (HINT: Easter Egg!). Your drawing style is very well done and detailed. Also, the fluidity of the motions was another great part of the animation.
However, to every animation, there are its weak points. The music can be somewhat annoying to some. I personally thought it fit, but others may think some other pieces of music would be better suited. Even though it was very cute, some might find it annoying. There could be some sound effects, and it wasn't super funny. Lots of NG users like violence, so this might turn them off.
All in all, this animation was a nice break from all the violent, slap-stick humor animations seen a lot on NG. It's a gem, a 10/10.

I've always thought that the styles like yours are dominated by Japanese. Well, I guess I'm wrong.
