It's better than the first one. Step 3 should be great as well. Do you think that you could use an english language song in step 3? Even if you don't, I'm sure it will be great.

SamBakZa is one of the greatest flash animators around. If you liked There She Is, you will get a kick outta this. Although the music and the animation didn't sync up like There She Is pt. 1, it still seems appropriate to the silent story going on behind the score. Keep up the great work!
