It dosen't work that way
You need to use reverse psychology tell them to vote low, and they will vote high, or make something that is good, but say that it's crap, so when they see that it is actually good, they will vote higher, because they expected it to be bad and they set their expectations low, and it seems better that what it really is when they actually see it.

Since most flashes that say vote five in them are pretty bad, this actually turned out ok. I still got pretty bored though...
