Reviews for "TmsT's Zero Wing Rhapsody"

That was hilarious!

I don't what the guy before me is thinking. That was very well done. I can tell you put some work into it - I mean, to actually sing all those parts and make a flash film for it? That's awesome! The whole movie was hilarious.

uh...

that wasn't good at all... sorry, I didnt like it.. this made me laugh at first but after about a minute i couldn't take it anymore.. i turned it off.. try harder next time boys

TmsT responds:

To please you?

heh that was funny

one thing: when he plays the guitar solo - the notes get higher and so does his hand. on a guitar the lower your hand goes the higher the notes are. other than that it was great even tho some three letter words had 10 syllables lol

Pretty awesome!

I liked this. Obviously you guys put a lot of work into it, and it shows. Great graphics, great cinematography (? yeah, I guess that's the only word I can think of to say what I'm talking about ^_^; ), cool stuff...however...I can't help but mention ONE thing that bothered me, which was the lyrics. *I* think that it would have worked better if you had changed the lyrics just a little in places...instead of inserting syllables and such, making the words sound weird. I think it would have been hilarious to hear "I see a little silhouetto of a man" and then "All your base, all your base"...and so on. Still, great job though.

TmsT responds:

That would have been FAR too easy. I wanted a real challenge... and fitting already inane broken-English phrases into the music just made them even more clumsy - which is what made Zero Wing famous initially. :)
Thanks for the review!

WOW! One question though...

THAT WAS AWESOME. That's the best AYB parody I've EVERY seen. GREAT job, funny as hell!!! Anyways, I REALLY would like to know what you used for the midi music on the guitar solos. Cool stuff, I've been looking for something like that for a long time, but I never knew what to look for. ANY reply would be GREAT! thanks man!

TmsT responds:

I looked all over the internet for weeks until I managed to find a MIDI on some obscure website in Russian that was an ACCURATE transcription of the original. All the other versions of it had extra bars and incorrect modulations in them for some reason. I dunno where I got it from now.
