Help please

Nice work, and thanks a lot, since I'm a noob flash artist ;) There's one problem though, I'm trying to make a scripted flame like the one in the tutorial, but it keeps saying this:

**Error** Symbol=Symbol 2, layer=Layer 1, frame=1:Line 2: Unexpected '.' encountered
setProperty(_target, _x, Number(../:x)+Number(random(12))-6);

Total ActionScript Errors: 1 Reported Errors: 1

The error is in the actionscript in frame one on the FIRE movie clip. Please help. Thanks.
