I watched with open mouth and focussed eyes at the Swift 3d program,
especially at ur designs, nice work, the flash tut helped me a bit, at least it helped more than all other 4k of tuts, thanks!

A great tutorial
This is definitly one of the best tutorials out there. If you're getting started on flash, I can't think of any better resource. Some of the links didn't work for me though and it doesn't work with some of the newer versions of flash.
this was pretty good for the first part..
i tried the basic spaceship game one, but when i got to making the enemy ship, i put in your scripting, everything was named correctly.. but when i hit test movie, the enemy ship just stayed dead still .. i could control the player ship but it was supposed to chase me at that point? ive definately checked the instance name of the player ship is "player" why isnt it chasing it?
this is good and all but....
me and most of negrounds would appreciate a verbal tutorial...talk to us!!...we are not afraid of ur smoker voices lol......but this was ok for a turorial.........i realy wish someone would just show me the pocess of making an animation like edds world
