Excellent tutorial!
Before the review, I'd like to say that I'm completely new to Flash, so whenever I need to learn how to do something, I call open _ULTIMATE TUTORIAL 2_ and scan through it... and normally find exactly what I'm looking for. =)
(Graphics) Excellent graphics, splendid examples of everything you need to know.
(Style) What could be better than sharing wisdom? As far as tutorials go, this one covers them all.
(Sound) The first track gets annoying after a while, so I swap over to track two. Then three. Then four. Then one again. And after a while, if I get tired of it all, I turn the darn stuff off!
(Violence) Spaceship go BOOM!
(Interactivity) Docking a point because certain aspects are... a tad glitchy... especially in the spaceship section. For example, the first "shooting" example, no matter where your ship is, the bullets always come from the same spot. Also, the first "Deaths" counter never goes up when you die... how odd. =P
(Humor) Ah, if there was any, I missed it. Very serious tutorial, straight to the chase and no making fun of the silly newb!
(Overall) Excellent tutorial. Now if I can find your email, I can start bombarding you with questions... like, how do I miss your email when it is listed on the submission's page? That, I think, is an excellent question that should be addressed in _ULTIMATE TUTORIAL 3_.
