Pretty funny
I remember my friends and I having a discussion along these lines involving the immortal characters. We came to a conclusion that NONE of the current characters are the 'real' them and in fact all the originals fell into a plot hole.

That was the thing i hated about the xmen: as soon as one of them dies they come back to life again! I mean, how many times has Jean Grey died? And who was that one with the pterodactyl? Bloody funny and it shows the truth can crack a rib or 2.
