I have a WONDERFUL idea
This flash is so good you should
1. Make it into a .exe file and release it for download
2. Make a desktop widget for WinXP+Vista+Se7en
3. Add a shitload of chars to the mix (Mario, Sonic, Stickfigure, Goku, Naruto, etc.)
4. Allow full 3D Firing Sequences (aim and fire like the shoot the target system)
5. Have a Handgun, Shotgun, TMP, Rifle, Rocket)
