Holy Crap!
I think it's probably safe to say that you have one of the greatest artistic talents in the history of this entire site. I can only think of a handful of flash animations that hold a candle to this. Your usage of shadow and "sunset" colors give this sort of a gritty and somewhat disturbing atmosphere, with amazing detail that would put most artists to shame. Plus, it has outstanding voice acting, a rare thing to see nowadays here on NG.
Your story might bear some resemblance to Alice in Wonderland, but this is, without a doubt in my mind, starting to become it's own epic tale. Take us further down the rabbit hole, if you will.
Alice in Wonderland
Even though it was supposed to give the image of a distorted reality, what was so great about the animation was that it captured real life imagery better than 99% of anything else on Newgrounds. The way Melony looked, moved, fell, and the background all seemed to mimick reality very well. This made it all the better when you notice the things that are completely unreal. It had a great atmosphere. Though it was so short, as an individual entry it has very little for story or content, but definitely makes me want to look for it's nine sequels.
