There's a lot here for the author to be proud of.
Besides the great quality of graphics/music/animation/action commonly cited as reasons for this piece's (deservedly) high score, I think the author deserves particular praise just for its intuitive theme. I can't think of another piece quite like it on Newgrounds. Reminds me of the old Wing Commander games. Quite nice. Props to you, Mcy-F.

This thing is just awesome! I don't see how anyone can give it crappy scores! The animation is fluid, and i really liked the amount of work that went into having everything move realistically when viewing in first-person perspective. Also, some people are saying that the ship moves in the wrong direction when the engines turn on to evade the missiles. That's because the camera was above the ship, and opposite engines on its port and starboard side wings were boosting in unison to get the ship to ROTATE so the minigun could get a line-of-sight to the incoming missiles. Watch it a few more times- you'll get it.

wasnt baldy the name of the guy killed by snipers n CI2, and in the second time the big cruiser uses its engins to dodge missles, ite engins fire and the ship moves in the wrong direction. other than that, very good. you must make more, games movies i dont care. a game similer to this movie would be kewl.

Wow... Um... Wow... That just blew me away. It was beautiful. *Eyes tear up* Definetly one of my favourtie animations on Newgrounds. Not alot to do with the games though, aside from a slightly similiar cruiser. Make more, or a hoard of CI crazed fans will kidnap you and force you to work on flash 24/7!
Nearly flawless
I'm surprised this isn't higher on the top50 list. Fantasic graphics and animation, but you might want to look out for the pilot's com speech. It's a bit faded and hard to hear. Other then that, this flash makes me hope for a game like this sometime in the future. Great work.
