Amazing and nice looking artwork, but...
The lack of a decent storyline kills me. If this had a good story, you could do so much more with it.
The animation is decent, though the art is very cute and well made.
It's a bit choppy like some of the other people said, and I know it's pretty hard to animate like this (I work like this as well). One thing that you could do to make it smoother is increasing the fps and add more frames, but i know that you already know this.
The style is great, I love cuteish anime characters and you really have impressed me here. Some nice expressions used in the anime world only makes it even better.
I only have one thing to say about the sound, amazing!
It's not very often we have fluent japanese speaking people here, and I enjoyed to hear it in this flash.
You will surely make a great flash soon, and im very certain of this.
But somehow you should try to focus a bit more on the story, since many people here care about that.
