solid work

You did a good job. animations were good, sound was good, seems your japanese is coming along well (Though it is painfully obvious why you are studying the language :P). My only complaint is the humor wasnt really that good to me, but thats just my opinion.. im sure there are many others who would beg to differ. You have some talent, and keep up the good work.
one suggestion: (though it doesnt really count since im not a flash artist and could never make something this good)
try not to really so heavily on the japanese animation techniques as a method to drive your work.

It is amazing that this is your first full length flash movie. I expect that you must have made a lot of bad shorts to make this your debut piece. I really love the character designs and concepts here, but a few things need to be tweeked. It needs a bit more humor, but other than that it's great. Good job.

I don't usally like this cute and crap but this ..... this is acception I thought this waz a very well done flash.
( I shall never call glass dolls " cute " T.T' )
