Reviews for "Kanzeni Marin Nitsuite"

Mighty Silly

Quite a funny little 'romp' or whatever. I especially liked how the father was humming the theme from Eva. :p Very well-done, alltogether.

Very clean, fun and an enjoyable watch.

The art was generally very clean for a movie that was done by a first-timer. I was shocked (in a good way) when I read that!
The way that the characters moved had impressed me. They moved naturally like the anime theme that you wanted to cover. Good job!

Here are a couple of criticism tidbits...
- There was too much space in the living room. The color key didn't match the cheerful mood that the scene created. Also, the room was so vast and the furniture did not cover the space, it seemed slightly distracting. Try to seek a harmonization between emptiness and clutter. When designing the background, also try to look for the type of mood that it gives off. After all, the background supports the subconscious moods of the viewer. It was only in the living room that I saw this. The outdoor scenes were alright.

(Don't... mind the violence and the interactive score... )

Anyway, overall the art was VERY impressive. Because it's your first movie, there's no doubt that you'll create quality flash movies in the future! Keep on doing your thing!

Beautiful, well-drawn entertainment

The strongest aspect of this flash was its style. Taking from the japanese anime type approach, with big eyes, frantic movements... All transfered smoothly onto a single presentation. Its artwork was good, while not as natural in its split-scenes, still not noticeably so. The sound was well animated, and created the atmosphere for the flash very well. The style of the graphics and the sound coincided to provide viewers with a good collaboration. Even though the storyline was weak, and rather unsatisfactory, the flash itself was very well-done. Good Job ;)

tips for the future (there WILL be more, right? ;)

Haha, cute. However, even though you said your purpose was to poke fun at anime, it didn't seem obvious and sometimes came off as a wannabe anime that crams anime-style down your throat.

I believe, especially if you're only submitting these animations to NG and other sites not focused on anime, that adding more distinctly non-anime humor would make your movies a great deal more enjoyable. This isn't a very balanced piece in that you're only thinking about your extreme otaku audience and not everyone else - including anime fans that aren't exactly immersed in the ultra kawaii-style, like me.

The animation is actually quite good and the voice acting is great (even if it is in another language). But I think you should up the joke pacing among all that monologue, like something quick yet insane out of Excel Saga. The long bunny bit you've got so far is pretty funny in it's own way, but perhaps not as enjoyable as if you'd put more emphasis on randomness; something everybody can enjoy.

But hey, good luck in the future. I can imagine more great movies coming from you.

Very Good, but...

..I cannot understand how it got to number 1
