I generally like anime, magna and products from the far land of Japan. But somehow I doubt your a native japanese or maybe you but your not so good with animation. Either way, the flash was a great one.
One thing: Emotions while you speak. I don't know if you actually made all the voices, but I think you did, I noticed something like that in the credits. Anyways, the speeking was EMOTIONLESS! You basicaly bluntly spoke some japanese into the mic without even thinking about the emotions. Also you did some basic flaws in translaion, like "umm... I.." should be like "umm.... watachi..". I think it should have been "ano... kome...".
This flash gave me a feeling that you just learned some basic japanese language, like anime, want to be a anime maker maybe one day and decided to put together your skills in both the language and skill. A basic product with only a few flaws.
I could also be completely wrong. It's just my oppinion.

I thought your graphics were amazingly done, I'm guessing it was CGed. Very nice coloring and the anime-style showed professionalism. I'd just like to say though, that your style sorta pulled ya down. Your movie was definantly a 10, but because it is an overall score, I had to make it a 9 based on the style.
I'm gonna try and be constructive as possible, but since I don't myself make flash movies, I can only be a critic.
Basically, anime styles are used too much, and the eyes, and hands, and everything, looked like a regular anime movie. You have to add something, a little bit of your own, to seperate it from all the other anime's out there. Give it something where your viewers can say, Dude! Jules so did that! (Which is why Miyazaki has his anime respect)
Basically all I can say, good job, nevertheless! I'm giving this one a 5.
