It's good... too good!
Well, I can understand why you'd want to take this down, in that case. I just showed this Flash to a friend the other day, and we both racked our brains as to why you'd possibly want this to be removed from NG. But frankly, at this point it'll be essentially impossible to get it removed by score alone. Even if everyone who reads your explanation votes 0 on it repeatedly, there will likely be occasional viewers who won't read that tidbit and who will vote 5 thanks to this video's quality, so that's pretty much a lost cause at this rate. Your only real shot would be to continue to try and contact the admins. (That'd probably be better anyway, because it wouldn't totally destroy your batting average.)
Anyway, this is an exceptional Flash. It's right up there with Final Fantasy A+ as one of the great NG Japanese dubs; in fact, this might just be better. The combination of the contrasting anime cuteness and raging wrath was done brilliantly, and even though we had very little background information on the characters, you gave us enough of a history for things to make just enough sense that they wouldn't drive us crazy. Splendid animation, excellent (albeit short) plotline, awesome characters, and admirable style. You did quite well with this Flash, and it'll be a shame to see it dropped from Newgrounds. Just keep trying to contact the admins. I'm sure that once they get around to thinking about your point of view, they'll understand.
