I don't really see how you could get nailed for copyright infringement charges on you if YOU made this. If you truly made this all by your lonesome then you have nothing to worry about.
If you ripped this off someone or something else (somehow) then you probably should have thought about that before you submitted this great little flash. But for the record, all intellectual property laws are bullshit! Anytime anything remotely popular is about to enter the public domain they extend the copyright protection, and the courts parasitcally leech money off well meaning people who didn't know they did anything wrong!
F.Y.I. The copyright protection here in the U.S lasts the author life plus nintey years after the authors death. That's just plain wrong!
