Normally, I rate to extremes...

but this wasn't good or bad. It just...WAS. The music was OK, although if I ever hear another human "beat" a MIDI, some1's gonna die.
The only thing that stood out was the animation. It was obviously amateur, but it was just so whimsical, it was good.
Overall, an okay movie.
