I'm going to go ahead and say Prowlies was an amazing flash, stunning, wonderful. It was funny and had good animation. But, face it people, this one gets more of a point across.
Now, I think the music worked perfectly with the flash, I'm guessing many people didn't because they didn't understand the words in the song.
Not only did the beat match the movie perfectly, but at points it was signifying what the characters were thinking, like at the beggining. That's why I got from it, at least.
This probably does not belong at number one, I'd have to say Final Fantasy A+ does, in my opinion. But this is a good match for Prowlies, both of these are excellent. This was probably put higher because, seriously, Bitey movies are getting old, and this one is fresh off the presses.

I didn't really like it but then again I only really like comedy. Artistry and animation are very good. I like your drawing style. But the story didn't make sense to me at all. I mean what was with the weird robot with the smiley face on it living in a jack in the box shaped building.
