why bother?
i think this would be a pretty cool game if it weren't for the bugs. it isn't even worth playing because of them(the bugs).

WHERES THE SOUND OPTION?!?!?!
It was an ok game but the final fanasty 8 battle music when you fight Ultimecia just got annoying after a while and there are a few bugs in it
well then...
Well then..it took me a lil while to figure out how to wook this. But when i did it didnt take long at all. As we all know there are LOTs of bugs, well use this as a way to beat the ppl.(Still take a long time, but not as long the regular way tho) There is a invisible button bug. When you go to talk to a girl, KEEP CLICKING. Dont stop clicking, her xp will go & go. i first went for Garnet. when i got to the end it had well you will see. you may have to beat all the ppl to see well anything but good luck to you.
Nice idea, but lacking in quite a few areas.
Gameplay: It's the same gameplay as any other Sim game, add a bit of spice, extras, easter eggs, something interesting like secret characters perhaps. Also, a skip button for the intro movie would be nice.
Artwork: You need a bit more variety, more eye-candy in this department. Some of these girls don't look all that nice, specially Yuna.
Music: It's irritating, even looking at that "No-sound" cheat, no work.
Buggy: Bugs I found were.
1. the No-Sound cheat code don't work.
2. the Ping sound only does so for the "no-sound" cheat which doesn't work.
3. at Balamb Garden, the infirmary, it costs nothing to heal full HP.
4. at Balamb Garden again, the infirmary, it costs HP instead of Gil for the surgeries, even if it's marked G.
5. Succesful dates with Tifa ends up giving the exp and "Girlfriend" Status to Selphie instead.
6. The only girl you can have an ending with is Garnet.
Mini-Walkthrough:
(( THE PREPERATIONS ))
-Place all your points in VIT.
-With VIT, utilize it all to train VIT until you get 10K HP(or 2K if you don't want to abuse of bugs), the best training place is at Balamb Garden, training VIT for 90HP.
-Then either train without abusing the bugs or... Maximize your Strenght, Speed and Luck. I highly suggest maximizing your Strenght and Speed, or Strenght and Luck. You either mob people at the sleeping forest or you work at the Balamb Garden.
-With the cash, buy lots, and I mean, lots of skirts. They cost 1.5K and increases relations by 500.
(( GETTING THE GIRL ))
-Abuse the bug and click the talk icon. Now don't click close, just click where you last clicked, it should re-activate the effects of Talk, aka giving you more relationship Exp.
-At 10, 50, 150, 500 and 1000, the relationship can change ONLY after you "Ask" the girl something, which provides the following info. Crap nothing(10), Her Name(50), Her Home number(150), Her Cellphone number(500), her Age(1000)
-Now, you may not want to click till you get 1000... that's when gifts come into play. Once she gives you her phone number, you can shower her with these goddamned gifts all in one single convo abusing the bug. If you want to do it the clean way, just click around till you see her again.
-Now, up her till she's at 10K relationship exp( Keep in mind, a succesful date, which you can perform once you reach 1000 EXP, gives not only the "Girlfriend" status, but also 1500 exp... It's best you wait till the girl has 8.5K so that after the date, she totals for 10K)
-Take her out on a date ONLY after you talk to her repeatedly to find out these following info:
[] Fav Food, Fav Drink, Fav Candy, Fav Music, Fav Artist/Group, Fav Car, Fav Dating Spot, Fav Stat, Game of Origin, Chest Size... and her name if you forgot what it was.
-Take her on a date, succeed the questions by refering to the note with the following above listed. Give her a gift, as long as it ups by 30%, then photo, then kiss.
-Go to FF Downtown, go to the room of the girl you want to have and from there on, the only one which is functional is Garnet. There's really nothing special about the ending too. You might want to pick the second option first, meet her outside and see what she says that's different then go for the first option.
Here are the passwords you'll most likely want the most:

iwillscrewthem = Auto 10K relationship Exp.
I didn't find the game difficult... Just too long, not very user friendly, not all that good of a Sim. In comparison with the others, it's got potential yes, but it's only drawing a very small percentage of how interesting and good it can be. In any case, I hope that you won't actually give up on this project, just remake it or something if ever you feel up to it.

But, damn, man. You gotta debug this thing. There's so many holes in your actionscript I can see through it.
