That was a very well put together Flash... As are all of your works of art... You had great tips and I enjoy your site also... Keep up the great work i will be looking over your other pieces of Flash...
Also try to put some music in the background next time... maybe like a slow steady beat or some African Trible, or beethoven :)

There is music in the animation but it's very soft. I wanted people to be able to hear the voice as clear as possible. Check my other tutorials they have all had music...

Good tips for would be animators, but I really didn't find the lip synching to be that good in this tutorial. Oh well. Still done very well.

I think you left out a few letters on the sheet, and its kind of ironic how you say there may be problems with syncing the sound and motions up, and then you have them. the sound ended before the dude was done talking.
also, I found it annoying how the voice kept going, even after I took the cursor off the mouth.
but I also found it very useful. thanks.

this is really gonna help me on my track to making some excellent mario flash movies.. a shame i learnt soem at my college and so i had to watch 1 +2 when i knew what to do but ah well not your prob great work mate!
