I agree that people should NOT submit tutorials teaching other people how to make Flash when they haven't even managed to get one on NG themselves. However, I do have stuff on NG, so I feel confident to help others out

That was very well explained... Not a harcore flash but a great indepth guide... I will use some of those tags when I create a flash... I like the one that keeps it from being shown on other sites... very nicely done... although... non of it fits the ratings above... lol You are a very good guide creator FLiXD... Nice work..
