very nice work.
the only thing that annoyed me was that when i set the quality to high it automatically reset to low or medium.
auto quality is good, but it would be better if you could set quality or auto quality.
very novel idea for the start screen, another thing was that there was no load bar or anything. that always annoys me too.

Cool and refreshing
I'll admit that I thought that the first 2 were a bit sketchy (mostly because of the absence of sound effects), but this one is just plain cool. I like your graphic style Dan Paladin, and with the nice sound effects added in this one, I liked it a lot.
