The sense of humour appealed to the viewer. The animation style suits the random nature of this submission. There is no connection felt between the viewer and the main character (Dad), but this may be because the viewer in question (me) is not a dad.
Perhaps there are dads out there who may sympathise with the main character's humorous and explosive nature. The classy conclusion to this submission is excellent; guitar solves all!
