Simply one of the best!
If there ever was a single character in the world of Flash that I would most adore, it'd be this guy. His random acts of violence and wierdness just make him such a great character. And the fact that he rocks out at the end to the Big Blue theme from F-Zero is just icing on the cake. Absolutely one of my favorite flashes. Ever.
