Excellent work, the music matches the flash which is smooth and unpredictable. Wherever you got the inspiration to make this you should keep it handy in case you ever want to make more, cuz this is some A grade material.
Everything in this flash works together with other aspects, from the music to the timing of the shotguns.

What urged you to put Captain Falcon theme (F-Zero Theme.. Same thing) in that cartoon? Not to worry, it made it 5 times better. Very catchy tune i must say.
Everything about that cartoon was rather silly. I liked how the skin moved and stuff. I can't explain it, but i enjoyed this cartoon of your's.
