cool.
The animation is very stylized and clean. There were many good parts, and the sound fit the cartoon very well. It was a little long though. Keep it up. I like it.

Hah! I loved this!
It's just me, but now adays only these random nonsensical insane flash animations make me want to surf newgrounds. What with all the killing and death and whatnot, it's nice to have a real hearty chuckle over something. Breakdown:
Graphics: Hey, it could have been stick and I'd be happy. The graphics were simplistic but very smooth and well formed. The characters were also well designed. The trademark identical cops, the simple main character, the sane trio family, gold!
Style: As I said it's good to see this kind of stuff back on newgrounds again. It's what I like! Hell Forehead Shavecut was one of my favorite animations ever... don't get me wrong. I love action packed or serious paced flash... I just don't like it as much :P
Sound: Maybe something else for the first portion of the animation... maybe. The song you got was still great. And of course the F-Zero theme for the end did fit perfectly. Best quality.
Violence: Well... his hair -did- catch on fire... twice. Not counting the time you said in the end. And the cops -did- have guns, and there -were- explosions and there -were- flying kegs of delicious delicious beer... so yes. Good -work-... err. no --. Yes.
Interactivity: basics, replay and play. Extra mark for portioned replay.
Humor: Funny to the MAX. And I don't say things are to the max often. Hell Bitey of Brakenwood was damn good, but it wasn't to the MAX good. And I fuggin' loved Bitey of Brackenwood. So yes good jokes, extreamly funny. I also don't say this very often but make. more. now. yes. now. Go.
Overall being added to my list of favorite animations of all time. One'll have to chipped off for this baby. Keep up the good work.

At first i didn't get it, but then after a few moments....i still didn't get it, but it was still kick ass. Random viiolence is good, but random violene with style is the best, especially when he gets away with everything by rockin the fuck out. keep em commin
