Not bad
Not a bad hyperbole of the American Dad stereotype: the inventor who constantly fails, mid-life crisis, leaves things in disarray. Interesting, although it makes me wonder what exactly is the premise for this cartoon, besides just random things strewn together.

Hmm... The graphics weren't all that great, and the sound wasn't as good as it could have been. I'm not saying it was horrible, and you must have worked on it a while... but it could have been better... don't see how it's in the #9 spot of "top 50 of all time"...
Just my two cents though...
