terrible.
The animation was tasteless, senseless, and pretty much useless. Like most of what we see on newgrounds. A perfectly camoflaged warning message for a tasteless, senseless and useless act.
I shuddered as I read the author's comment: "...This was basically just a test, or practice..."

I went to the reviews that were made before Jeff Weise committed his horrible act, because I felt it was more insightful and he gave a lot of responses to the comments made. But one stood out.
Here it is in quotations and parenthesis. Just to separate it from the rest of this review.

So this flash was no warning sign. Stuff like this is submitted on Newgrounds and other places all the time. But so few of these authors and audiences go out and actually kill people that any connection made between this type of entertainment and a murder, is a fluke.
And like Jeff said there is an audience for this kind of entertainment. From what I read it was impossible to know this was going to happen from his work.

I don't want to give my opinion on the whole situation that has arisen from this so I'm going to look at this as just another entry. If we discount the real life tragedy that occured, this is a pretty subpar entry. The animation is decent, but the sound is pretty poor, and there is pretty much no plot, just a lone gunman running riot. Poor.
