Decent
Despite what Weise did, this is a pretty decent flash, I put a two for humor just for the way the guy on the bench slumps over in a funny looking way. It was a decent if not simplistic FBF animation. What's funny is no one would call it sick if he hadn't done what he did. Just a thought, decent flash if graded in a vaccum.

non Bias review part*
Animation was Brill - poor sound (almost none ) - a lot o' violence ( well done ) - play buton doesn't count anymore for interactivity! - Not Funny Though - A lot of work needed, sadly this is a review written for a dead-man.
My Opinion on the irony*
In this animation there is a total of ten lives taken - 8 bystanders, 1 cop, 1 suicide. This is exactly what happened in the massacre, 8 bystanders, 1 guard, 1 suicide.
It was clearly planned out! (and i say this in no fear of slander )
It is a shame to waste your own life ( a talented one ) but even worse to take 9 with you. I would say i hope you rot in hell, but it would bring me no joy as i know you will never read this.
I hope to god people learn from yet another massacre - violence is NEVER the answer.

Most of you people are idiots. God, the kid is dead -- stop addressing him. He'll never see it. Newgrounds seems to be a breeding ground for hypocracy -- people bitching about flash animations that really aren't too different to anything else on Newgrounds, except the author's circumstances or maybe a minor detail such as "omg racist your mockeing teh tsunami!!!!1111one". I, for one, am going to reveiw this piece for its artistic merits, and commend those who have done likewise.
The movie wasn't that good -- the animation was excellent, I thought, but the overall piece lacked substance. The audio was your standard gunshot sounds, but lacking in music and so I think it was sub-par. The style was nice -- I like frame-by-frame and I like line-art, so I like that a lot. The genre is over-done, though, and the purpose is nil, which brings down the style score. The violence was pretty good, I guess, lots of death and all; and I like the bit where he blows off the top of the Klansman's head (couldn't help but smile at that bit). Overall, it's weak, but it has some strong points that would have made Regret's future submissions worth viewing.
For those of you just here to see the work of a killer, please don't bother reviewing, as trainwreck syndrome clouds your judgement.
Find it sad how people seem to pretend to care about it after the fact and not before the fact. It would've been nice if he got mental health treatment before he snapped. :(
