Odd, but well made.
I have seen alot of flaming of this author and have to add my say. People have said how these animations were a cry for help, maybe they were, they complain about how it could not have been seen before and I have the answer, how is this any different from the animations in the ultra violence section? The problem is that this is just one of many extremely violent submissions on newgrounds, how are we to sort the ones done for fun from those that are a cry for help? The truth is that no one could have seen beyond these animations, it is in fact impossible to know who is likely to re-enact the violent killings in their games and movies, until of course the author commits these crimes, instead of shunning the late Jeff Weise we should embrace his memory as a warning. His crimes were horrible, we all know this, but as some have said this man was mentaly unstable, probably due to the bullying he recived during childhood and the traumatic events that had happened within his family, and he could not control the primal instincts that all humans are prone to, we all know that dogs have to be taught not to bite and children not to hit each other, this is a fact of life and cannot be avoided. We will never know the true reason behind his acts of violence but we can at least accept that we could do nothing about it. In addition, it was pointed out by a member early in the flashes life that Jeff might need help but Jeff replied. "Lol, you obviously can't tell the difference between Fantasy and reality. This cartoon was made for nothing more than Random violence, and believe it or not there's an audience out there that this appeals to. So don't try judging my Mental health based upon a simple animation, capisce?" This may show that at the time of this animation Jeff was 'fine' but could also indicate that a level of premeditation was involved, but as I have said, there was realy nothing we could do about it. So lets not judge the animation on how the author ended his life but on the quality and content of the amination its self.
