Okay, it's creepy, but damn it, I really hate the media, they think that just because some guy posts an animation, and later goes out and does what he did, that it has to be the fault of exposure to violence, now, I try not to follow these kinds of things in the news, but a little while before this was brought up, they had a ton of other reasons for why he may have done this (not that any of them justify his actions). But now, they see that he made a flash movie, so it must have been newgrounds. He said it was a "test""practice", and of course they will jump up and say "OH HE MUST MEAN PRACTICE FOR KILLING THOSE PEOPLE", when Im pretty sure what he meant was practice in flash, you see how easily this can be blamed on something that may have nothing to do with it?

Read the above in red. It is from the kid who did the school shooting. Its HIS. There is no symbolism to look for. Just watch the flash. In either case, its nothing that good. If not for it being Jeff Weise who made this it wouldnt even have been on the front page. That simple.

I would say the media needs to stay the fuck away from Newgrounds, but free advertising is free advertising.

I can't see any similarities between this and the kid shooting up his school, but as the French saying goes, "Those who want to see miracles will see miracles."

I suppose if you're looking for something (such as Jesus in a Grilled Cheese Sandwhich or symbolism in a silly cartoon about shooting people) then you'll see it.

I have a genius idea! Let's equate the Madness series to the school shooting too and waltz over there, shake our fingers and say, "Now, now, you need to be more sensitive."

Too bad you people don't have better things to do than police others; go to school, learn to drive a truck or be a doctor, something other than snooping on your neighbors and trying to get everybody to hug while fucking one another.

I disagree with the people saying this has bad timing...You shouldn't have to worry about what's happening in the world when submitting a flash. Whats happening is what good flash movies are usually based on. Great flash, keep it up.
