Dude this is shit.

I know you're dead, but whatever I hope someone out there gets this message. To Jeff: Jeff, you are just like the kids of Columbine. Now we're gonna have more mass media shit blaming rock music, video games, FLASH CARTOONS, and other things that have no responsibility in causing death and violence. If you did this because of what you got from any of the above things ... then you're a bitch. If you were trying to prove a point then the only thing you've proven is bullshit. To the government and the FCC and the news media you've proven that a columbine incident could happen again and that they REALLY need to stop video games, music, and the internet because apparently they are the evils behind your violent act. WRONG! It was your choice to kill those people (maybe you DID get the idea from a video game or music or whatever, but you being 16 then you should be mature enough to understand the difference between reality and what isn't reality), it was where ever you got a hold of the gun (your parents fault if you stole it from your parents, or if you baught it illegally). And now you've fucked up everything. You've ruined the lives of some families and you've taken away the lives of students who might have had a future of some kind. You've ruined your parents lives and your own by killing yourself dumbass! I don't know if God exits, but if he does you are definetly going to hell (not mostly because suicide is a sin, but because of the horrible choice you made and how many people you've hurt). And now you might even ruin my day at school. I don't want ANY of my teacher or other teachers saying something about my chains or clothes being the kind of behavior that you displayed because I am not a dumbass like you. I really hope God DOES exist so you can burn in hell.

if I had not known that this was was done by that guy I would not bother wrighting this. but it seems this may have been an exsample of what he had planed. it is a sad thing that happened over there and I wish to express my sinsere condolentes to the familys of the victems of this traggity.

Funny how someone so sad and alone can suddenly make himself SO popular in death.

No one knew this guy's name until he "senselessly" killed people. I say that there was a lot of sense in what he did. He finally got the attention he was seeking. No one even paid attention to his animations before... now people (like me) are flocking here to see them and comment! Humans are so stupid. We judge the dead kid and then refuse to judge ourselves.

You can all sit here and say what an evil person this kid was... or even justify his reasons for doing it... but, just remember how you are fueling the fire for the next explosion. Kids who are being verbally assaulted and treated like freaks are going to see this kid as their savior! And why? Because WE paid so much attention to him when he did something drastic and horrible. That sends the wrong message to the masses... and, yet, we do it anyway. We love a good train wreck! The media feeds off of this crap.

He's a STAR right now. He will be talked about, picked apart and analyzed... and eventually emulated. He liked Elephant... how long do you think it will take for him to have his own 'Elephant' made?? His own 'Bowling for Columbine"??

By merit, obviously the kid did pretty good eh? Frame by Frame? On his first attempt?

What I have to say about this kid is this. I DO remember what is was like to be young. I remeber how bad it was. Particulary when I was always made fun of, just as this kid was. I heard of other kids doing things like this, but rarely did it cross my mind.

This kid was wired different. Before you think you know where I am going with this, let me tell you that being wired different isn't a bad thing. The stout hearted take action. Its clear that they hold their ideals with more respect and care than we. NORMAL society spends it life pushing mediacracy at the expense of the extraordinary. NORMAL kids make clics and in/out groups. I despised, almost hated preps, as their focus was so on themselves and how their parents tried to set the kids up for success. That coupled with the shitty family life that he had, what could you expect. Top it off with all the violence that you see everywhere. The conflict that makes all the money in the media. Crappy low life people like those on Survivor who get fame and admonishment for being scum. Card games based on Anime characters who are relentlessly at battle with themselves and others. Conflict at every level is on the order today. And the Internet!! My love/self destructor! Where else can you lie like your a bigshot and everyone with a snag of ethics is forced to believe you until proven otherwise? No wonder so many phucks phester here.

Media, not being itself responsible for this, is glimmering proof of what we hold dear. I mean, shit people. Do you realize, fighting over differences is one thing. Undermining, discrediting, devalueing, reducing, ruining another person's self esteem is quite another. Talk about depressing.

Its about time we all begin learning how to respect other people's differences and opinions as our own. Its the only way we will ever be brought together in peace. This needs to be ingrained in our kids.

Frankly, this is how I try to live, and it seems to work. The only person I have a problem with is myself and that is the key to progress.

I'm sorry this review/opinion is so chaotic. I'm really at a loss of words over this. I pray some healing on the families at both ends, and definately pray for these kids,,, Including Jeff Weise

A good movie... tragic ending for the author.

I actually thought this was a good movie. Unfortunately the plot of this movie was his actual plan of action. It saddens me to think that a flash author with such great potential could end his life and needlessly murder other students in the process. I will give this movie the review it deserves, but will not forget the tragic message the author was trying to convey.
