but In All Seriousness Folks- IDK too much about Jeff Weise and IDwannaK too much about him.
All I know is that, whatever or whoever made him the way he was, or put him into motion- I understand that's some people don't have anything to vent out with, or something to make there problems seem less imminent.
Y'know A Friend you can talk to, or a instrument to play out on, a pet to come home to,
a family that loves you, or hell even a Fricken Pillow to Sock. AND SOMETIMES EVEN THAT SHIT ISN'T ENOUGH!
I mean- I agree with the last guy, he was probably doing this as something to keep him from doing what this kid was Going to end up doing. Or at least a cry for fucking help!
And Low and Fucking Behold, the end of the Bad Story- He was stopped one way or another(killed some innocent people, then shot himself.)
I must say If I ever had a chance to stop him, It wouldn't have been with words.
It would've ended with him dead just the same.
It would've been the same ending that it is now, Tragedy. Except it would be a Tragedy without the innocents who suffered and never got a chance to leave anything behind except Sadness. Because of this Sick Fucking Pup...

I NEVER TRULY KNEW JEFF WEISE, HE DIDN'T START OUT LIKE THIS, BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE TO END THE WAY HE DID.
ALL I'M SAYING IS LEARN FROM THIS GUY. TO PEOPLE WITH PROBLEMS:
THERE IS ALWAYS HOPE.
It reminds me of Manhunter- Will Graham saying "My heart bleeds for him, as a child!

Okay now I'll put on my Reviewer face-
As for "Target Practice" I think the title is Self-explanatory for what happened. (to Jeff Weise not in the flash.)
The Animation is I guess Adequate for Mindless Random Violence. but pretty bogus-Seems like it was rushed, I think maybe Weise was ready for the real thing.
Good thing Police were smart enough to just let him throw a grenade at a empty car. XD
Hey, at least he had the decency to shoot a Klan member. jk
He could have had potential in animation.
but He took a Angry Coward's way out.
Our lord, being as a Merciful God, will give Pity, but not Redemption to Jeff Weise.
And Shed tears for the failure of a son, accepting his failure as a father.
But then being as a Vengeful God, will payback the toll carried on Jeff's Soul.

I've done some reading of Jeff Weise, and while what he did was absolutely wrong and un-excusable. He was not just a kid who was bullied, His whole life was full of tragedy.
When people say wow that dude is messed up, or wow he deserves to burn in hell forever, its plainly obvious you haven't known anyone from simialler situations. Was he messed up? yeah, but If I went throught what he went through I would be messed up too.
When some people look at loners and outcasts they don't understand them at all because theyr to fking stupid and selfish to put themselves in someone else's shoes for even a second. and instead of showing any kindness they usually make fun of them or make up crap about them.
The ignorance of some people is incredible. nobody is good.
I don't know what pushed Jeff over the edge, from his writing it seemed to me like he was a really smart and creative guy with potential. I think he almost made it through without doing this, He made a bad choice. I don't think he was psychotic at all, I think he was just very introverted, disconnected, with a lot of time to think about stuff. He could have been helped but he wasn't, He couldve searched for help.
The most tragic things is that people who are hurt will often hurt others, just adding to the cycle.
I think people like this can be helped, and thier are kids like Jeff in every highschool.
I just hope everyone tries to show some compassion.

Probably the scariest part is that this almost like a plan for him. I still wonder what drove him to such a psychotic break.
The title is chillingly accurate.
I give this 5 out of 10 because the animation itself is pretty good. But knowing what the author went on to do, I got chills watching this. Violence is fun when it's purely fiction, but this is peering into the mind of a real life psychopath. Scary.
