Yeah, he killed people. That doesn't mean his animation is automatically shit. It's kind of like Hitler's paintings, nobody likes to admit that the art of a villain is good.
It was pretty good, okay frame by frame but with some strange anatomy. As it's a test it's not really properly packaged either, and doesn't have an overall feel other than "unfinished".
I remember when this came out. i saw the name "Regret" i watched the news and saw.He killed him self and i relised that he was a fucked up kid and i saw his history.I understood.all that abuse and it was just....horrible.
You majorly need to improve in your animation, the movie itself lacked story and sence.
And considering this was a so called ''Test'' i'd prefer you'd submit this to NG dump where it belongs.
