Negative. I've heard of that game, but unfortunately I've never played it.
A lot of the inspiration for Sera's design came from the character of Faye from Cowboy Bebop, who is probably my favorite female animated character of all time. However, the majority of my ideas for Sera's design were just pieced together from various characters that I looked at for reference, as well as some of my own ideas that I threw in.

OMFG That was the most kickass movie i have ever seen! Oh HOLY GOD I loved that. more. More. MORE! I demand more! oh yeah, i was so smooth, and the part with the bomb in the truck was just great. It was exceptionally gory for flash, but hey, I loved it with or without it.
