This has possibly the best animation I've ever seen. It's on a par with the Brackenwood pieces. Is Flash all you used?
A suggestion, if I may: don't try to mix styles. Make it all on the more cartoonish end(the way the characters are animated) or on the more retro-computer-animated-3D end(the way the vehicles are animated). Going all out in one direction will improve it even more, mixing the styles haphazardly makes it seem just a little disjointed.

and th plot looks very good and espeacilly in LA, i can tell its gonna be a great movie/series can wait till the first episolde come out ...very good job best flash 've seen ever and so far well done and very nice job
