It seemed as if you saw the movie 'Neon City', and played the 'Fallout' games and decided to make a flash movie about it. No offence however. Those are great inspirations, if those were among them, as well as this movie. Its HOLY! Nice job. Seriously, I envy that.

Congratulations...
...you have officially made me impressed, and thats no mean feat. Apart from the perfect tens because that is what it practically was, perfect, I gave you 9 for sound because all the sound effects and co-ordination was perfect, unfortunately as there weren't many varying types of scene, you did not comepletely get the chance to excel yourself, BUT it was only a teaser, and I am CERTAIN that this boundary will be breached in the first few minutes of your actual production. As for humour, well, a 2 was generous, just for seeing a guys guts over the floor, which was also bordering on 'grotesque' but that wasn't a category. Obviously you wanted to fill this scene with as much action-packed ass-kicking stuff as you could, so it was definately a good thing there was no humour there, as it would spoil the mood if used incorrectly. I simply cannot wait for your next release and will be waiting expectantly for updates.

It's excellent as an animation and has some nice details. I can't really say it's very original, since the apocalyptic city thing has been done to death... but you pulled it out nicely.
I hope to see more of this soon.
