No story = no 10
I admit that the animation is fly and all that shit, but as long as there is no story in it, there's no way I'd give anything a 10.

Well, your animation was AMAZING, truly, you did a great job on this. I would say the only problem is the plotline. No explanation as to why Los Angeles is now a flaming, hellish, explosive, trashed warzone--you get the idea. And I'm sorry to say, the setup just isn't that original. So many people have done the whole "futuristic burning LA" thing it's not even funny.
I'll still give you an 8 though, cuz of the animation.
