It's quite good.
There's nothing more to say about this than what has already been said. While obviously very good, the teaser has slight faults (in my opinion).
Let me preempt my review by saying I could be wrong about any number of these things.
The main character, Sera, I believe, looks different from everything else. She looks more animated than say the car in the very end. I could barely tell that the car was animated, but every time I saw Sera, it was very obtrusive.
The fact that the guy fired many shots at her and missed her completely and she fired about five shots back and hit him was a bit hard to believe, not to mention cliched. I'm probably overestimating the number of shots he fired because obviously, when it's done so much, I'm biased towards hating it.
When she was shooting back at the previous guy, she seemed to be in an awkward position... or something.
Not sure if you can call it a fault, but it's very graphic.
But you're definitely still God.

Good use of flash even though low tech in the 2004
You should seriously think of making a show.
Honestly, that was the most beautiful flash I've ever seen. You really need to make a show or something.
