k im stupid but teasers are like clips from the bigger picture right? so its made to make you want to come see the rest of it? a preview? yes... ok anyway awesome awesome awesome. that beginning song... very familiar... i know this... i know this... AHHH great. now this is goin to bug me. oh well. love the graphics. awesomeness. more gore! blood! weeee!! sry, i love the gory shit but hey dont mind me. great stuff i wanna see more... :)

The one thing that I appreciated most from this flash was the skillful artistic rendering.
The graphics got a 10 because... well, it's obvious. If the characters aren't hand-drawn art, they damn well look like it. The characters seemed ALIVE, it's not just some chick with boobs whose only emotional response is her eyes rolling back and forth... her body moves, her hair moves, there is a lot of movement in this submission. The style got a 4, because there didn't seem to be a lot of purpose in the characters' actions other than blowing shit up. What's going on? Is there a story? A war? A civil war? An invasion? Is only one city going to hell, or is it happening everywhere? Don't keep us in the dark! The sound got a 6 for being of decent quality, and very shocking... however, this may sound weird: explosions and gunshots will become monotonous after a while, if there is no variation. However, this was of little consequence, being on a BATTLE FRONT, lol... it also serves to create an ambience to make the viewer feel present. Which can suck, in some circumstances ;) The violence got a 10, because I don't see many flash videos that show entrails along with blood. The violence was tastefully done. Yeah, that sounds weird too, but trust me. :) The interactivity got a 4 for having a preloader, credits, scene selection, and a full repetoire of video control. Good, good stuff! The humor got a 0, because it wasn't intentionally humorous. It was violence, and the desperate hope for survival. Overall, it gets a good 7. Good job.

What really made that work was the sound. If this had been the same flash with some really crappy sound it wouldn't of had nearly as good a score. Which just goes to show you that good sound can make or break a peice. The still graphics were also top notch. Although, most everything in this was...
